When it comes to BBQ catering, we have something of a reputation – the best!

We’re known for our skill in setting up and serving delicious barbecues all over Kent. From the Isle of Thanet to Romney Marshes and the historic towns of Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury, we’ve been there and done it – any place, any time, any weather.

What to expect on the day from our BBQ Caterers?

On the day of the event, expect the Monster Team to arrive at your venue about 3 hours before the agreed service time. Once we’ve set up our 6m x 3m gazebo and tables with linen, we get straight to work preparing your BBQ feast!

When it’s time to eat, you and your guests pick up a plate and your bread of choice. Our staff will then serve the freshly cooked BBQ meats, while a salad bar is available for your guests to complete their meals. Of course, guests with a big appetite are welcome to come up for seconds, once everyone else has been served. Service lasts for around 2 hours, after which we collect plates and cutlery, clean down our area, pack up and leave you in peace!

Got any Vegetarians or Vegans in? No problem, we can set up a separate BBQ to prepare meals using our fantastic Veggie burgers and Vegan sausages (actual vegetables – no synthetic meat here!) and taking great care to ensure that everyone’s meals is equally enjoyable.

Hand-held Barbecues

Our hand-held Barbecues are designed around the more informal occasion.
Your guests are invited up to select which of our delicious meats they would like in their bun before moving along to the salad bar to complete their ‘Monster Burger’ with choice of salads, sauces and relishes.
These menus cater for 2-3 items of food per person.
