One such event in April 2018 was for our regular business lunch buffet customer Prater.

Prater at their HQ in Redhill held a conference for 100 of their customers, suppliers and stakeholders to discuss the future of their industry.

We were asked to provide breakfast, mid-morning tea’s and coffee and lunch to the delegates.

This was the second year we had been asked to provide the service. We set up a service area in the Prater offices with our portable trestle tables, covered in crisp white linen. The hot food was served from an electric chafing unit after being freshly prepared on our bespoke kitchen lorry. Our staff were on site from 7am to make sure that the area was set up and ready for the first delegate.
