Barbecue Catering Services

We love to barbecue! In fact, we pride ourselves on our barbecue catering knowhow. Where do you set up a barbecue to minimise smoke wafting across your guests? We know. How long does it take to serve 150 people a plated meal? No problem for us!

We have a reputation going back years for our skill in setting up and serving delicious BBQ’s at almost any venue, weather conditions or time of day. Be it a beach in Sussex, a garden in Kent or rolling hills in Surrey we have been there and done it.

From your initial contact we will guide you to the correct menu and level of service for your event. A member of our team will talk you through your event, finding out your likes and dislikes, budget and the feel you would like to achieve. Whether its an informal garden party to a Wedding we have a range of menus to fit all budgets and the experience to deliver.

BBQ MENUS

What to expect on the day from our BBQ Catering Service?

Our Monster Team will arrive at your venue around 3 hours prior to the agreed service time. We set up our 6mx3m gazebo, tables with linen and get to work cooking your BBQ feast!

You and your guests start by picking up a plate and your bread of choice. Next comes the BBQ, where our staff will serve your guest the freshly prepared BBQ meats, who then move on to the salad bar to complete their meal. For those guests with a big appetite once everyone has been served are more than welcome to come up for seconds! The service last on average 2 hours. We then collect all the plates and cutlery, clean down our area and pack up and get out of your hair! Vegetarian? Vegan? No worries as we set up a separate BBQ to prepare these meals. Over the years we have sourced fantastic Veggie burgers and Vegan sausages (actual vegetables – no synthetic meat here!) and take all due care and attention to make sure that your meal is as good as everyone else’s.

Our Barbecue Catering Menus can be tailored to any taste or budget. We only source quality meats from our local Butcher and served with freshly prepared salads and a range of breads.

Hand-held Barbecues

Our hand-held Barbecues are designed around the more informal occasion. Your guests are invited up to select which of our delicious meats they would like in their bun before moving along to the salad bar to complete their ‘Monster Burger’ with choice of salads, sauces and relishes. These menus cater for 2-3 items of food per person. If you only wish to cater 1 item per person then please contact us for a quote

Your guests are invited up to fill their plate with a selection of freshly baked breads and then succulent barbecued meats, before moving on to select from our salad bar to complete their meal. All below prices include crockery, cutlery and our fill your plate guarantee that no one will go hungry!
