We have a reputation going back years for our skill in setting up and serving delicious BBQs at almost any venue, weather conditions or time of day. Be it a beach in Sussex, a garden in Kent or rolling hills in Surrey we have been there and done it. If you are wanting to feed large numbers of people, then don’t worry, we regularly cater for hundreds and are experts at feeding people quickly.
From your initial contact we will guide you to the correct menu and level of service for your event. From an informal garden party to a Wedding, we have a range of menus to fit all budgets, and the experience to deliver.
What to expect on the day from our BBQ Catering Service?
Our Barbecue Catering Menus can be tailored to any taste or budget. We only source quality meats from our local Butcher and served with freshly prepared salads and a range of breads.
Our Monster team will arrive at your venue around 2.5 hours prior to the agreed service time. We set up our gas BBQs under our 6m x 3m gazebo and get to work cooking your BBQ feast! We provide all our own tables, sauces, plates & cutlery and don’t need anything from you.
Vegetarian? Vegan? No worries! We will set up a separate BBQ to prepare these meals and take all due care and attention to make sure that your meal is as good as everyone else’s.

Barbecue Menus
You have 2 different service options – handheld or plated.
Our handheld option is designed around the more informal occasion. Your guests are invited up to select which of our delicious meats they would like in their bun before moving along to the salad bar to complete their ‘Monster Burger’ with a choice of salads, sauces and relishes.
With our plated options, your guests are invited up to fill their plate with a selection of succulent barbecued meats, before moving on to select from our salad bar to complete their meal.
All menus can be fully tailored to your requirements. Please see ‘Other Meat Options’ below to swap in or add anything to your menu
All below menus come with our ‘fill your plate guarantee’ that no one will go hungry!

BBQ FAQs
This is dependant on the time of year and how busy we are. We often get fully booked for our summer Saturdays a couple of months in advance. To ensure our availability, please allow as much notice as possible.
